These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of managemaker.org (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. Provision of consulting and development services is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work / Master Services Agreement) signed between MANAGE MAKER AISYSTEMS LLP and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You may view, browse and download content from the Site for your own non-commercial reference, and you may submit an enquiry via the contact form. You must not:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related systems
• introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code
• scrape, crawl or harvest content beyond what is permitted by robots.txt
• copy, reproduce or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted in these Terms
• use the Site to send spam, phishing messages or harassing content via the contact form
• reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software served from the Site

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "ManageMaker" name, design, code and case studies — is owned by or licensed to MANAGE MAKER AISYSTEMS LLP and is protected by copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

4. Case studies and outcomes

Statistics, percentages and case-study outcomes shown on the Site (for example conversion uplift or delivery-time reduction figures) reflect representative results based on industry benchmarks and engagements of our team. Actual results in any specific project may vary and are subject to a separate scope of work.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party services (for example LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.

6. Contact-form submissions

Any information you submit via the contact form is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.

We are not obliged to reply to every enquiry and may decline to engage with any prospective client at our discretion.

Subject to that, MANAGE MAKER AISYSTEMS LLP is not liable for:

• any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss
• loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data
• any loss arising from your reliance on Site content

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to GBP 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANAGE MAKER AISYSTEMS LLP and its members against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
